Allison Zalesny
Social Media Manager
Allison graduated from Loras College in 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and a minor in Media Studies. Since graduating, Allison has worked in media, event planning and marketing and has grown professionally from each of those experiences. Now Allison’s goal is to learn everything she can about what makes a business successful across social media channels and to apply that knowledge to all of her clients.
What are your main responsibilities at work?
Researching, creating, planning and scheduling social content for clients across different social media platforms. My job is to make sure that our client’s message is received by their target audience on a daily basis.
What’s your favorite part of your job?
I love that every day is different! I love working with different clients who have different daily needs- it keeps me on my toes!
If you could only listen to one album for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Are you a night owl or morning person?
Little bit of both, it just depends on what I need to be that day.
Favorite holiday and why?
It’s a tie between Halloween and Christmas. I love Halloween for the decorations and the parties and I love Christmas for the movies and the family time.
Dogs or cats?
Dogs- no question.
How would your third-grade teacher describe you?
Hardworking and very, very tall.

If you had an extra hour in the day, how would you spend it?
Reading a book. I always say I’m going to start a new book but never do.
How would you describe your perfect Sunday?
The perfect Sunday is having no plans on my calendar.
